Youth Curriculum

We are pleased to announce that our children have begun using a new Unity based children's curriculum during their Sunday morning experience. We have selected the "Celebrating My God-Self" curriculum which focuses on the "in here" rather than the "out there" connection that we all have with Spirit.

Unity co-founder, Myrtle Fillmore, was the inspiration for this curriculum. Myrtle believed that our mission is not to "entertain the children, but to draw them out." The "Celebrating My God-Self" curriculum offers hands-on experiences that will draw forth the Truth principles that already exist within each child through the use of Bible stories, discussion questions, creative experiences, affirmations, meditation, prayer and song.

We are excited about the direction our youth program is going and are asking all of our congregants to join us as we hold our children, our families and this exciting and powerful ministry in loving prayer.
